All five items checked — your digital life is reset for the week.

Apply the three-decision rule to everything that's landed since last week: file it, archive it, or delete it.
  • Desktop should be empty by the end (no files, just system icons)
  • Downloads should contain only items from the last 7 days
  • For each file, ask: do I need this? If yes, file it in the right folder. If maybe, archive it. If no, delete it.
Apply the four-action rule to every new email since your last daily session: reply, archive, defer, or delete.
  • Check your Action Required folder — anything overdue?
  • Check your Waiting folder — anything that needs a follow-up?
  • Archive anything that's been completed or is no longer relevant
  • Inbox should be empty (processed to zero) when you're done
Open your Camera Roll and scroll through this week's shots.
  • Delete obvious duplicates and blurry shots immediately
  • Delete screenshots that don't belong in your photo library
  • Move the best shots to the appropriate album or year folder
  • Star / favourite anything exceptional (3–5 per week is plenty)
  • Goal: Camera Roll shows only photos worth keeping
Glance at recent transactions for any new recurring charge you don't recognise.
  • Check your bank, credit card, PayPal, or primary payment method
  • Look for new subscriptions that started without you noticing
  • Free trials that may have rolled into paid plans
  • If you spot something unexpected, flag it in the subscription tracker (Day 5/25) and investigate
Check for new sign-ups from this week and make sure they're secured.
  • Open your password manager and check if new accounts are saved
  • Were passwords generated and unique, or did you type one manually?
  • If you used a manual password, generate and update it now
  • Make sure 2FA is enabled on any new accounts that support it
